Referrals is where you can really make a good chunk of change. Here's a few things you can do to help bring some referrals in.
- Create a blog. Something similar to this one or you can host your own site.
- Make and handout flyers or business cards. It works. Just be sure to have your referral link listed on the card. The link is provided by CashCrate.
- Use your link all over the web, in other forums and whatnot. Just don't spam it on Myspace or Facebook because it's not allowed.
Create a few email addresses so it's easier to control and delete the spam junk mail you will recieve.

Get RoboForm type your information into the boxes and then when completing surveys, you won't have to waste time re-typing the info since this fills it in with one click.
Get CC Cleaner to clean out your cookies between surveys to allow them to process faster.
